Trauma and traumatic events have a significant impact on children and their families. This presentation by Lea Christo, MSW, LICSW, BCPA, will review common emotional and psychological signs of trauma in children, common responses to trauma, and ways to help you and your child cope with, respond to, and heal from trauma. Additionally, practical resources will be shared to assist you and your family with mitigating the impact of trauma and other mental health challenges.

Due to the impending winter storm, all AWRSD schools will dismiss 90 minutes early tomorrow, Monday, February 1, 2021 . There will be NO afternoon pre-school classes.
With the recommendation of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health (representing Ashburnham) and the Westminster Board of Health and with agreement from every member of our AWRSD Medical Advisory Team, all students in our A and B Cohorts will return to hybrid learning beginning Monday, November 16.
