October 7th Team Meeting
Core Values: we looked at the calendar and worked backwards from our possible tournament dates (12/5 or 12/12) to set some deadlines for when we needed to have robot and project tasks completed.

Project: Mr. Penniman helped us look through trash from the fifth grade classrooms, and we decided to focus on food wrappers. We talked about different ways to address problems with trash:
- Refuse
- Reduce
- Reuse
- Recycle
- Rot
Ideas for possible solutions:
- Public education campaign to encourage people to refuse or reduce
- Ways to reuse, ex: Capri sun bag
- Machine for sorting and getting cash back, like grocery stores have for cans and bottles
- App for telling you if your wrapper can be recycled or reused
